中文摘要 【目的】探究公园尺度环境特征对地面生苔藓植物多样性的调控作用,揭示公园内外环境因子驱动苔藓植物多样性的空间分异,为城市苔藓植物多样性?;び牍芾硖峁┮谰?。【方法】以合肥市主城区16个公园作为研究区域,调查地面生苔藓植物,分析其在城市空间中分布特征、物种多样性、群落组成及其影响因素。【结果】1)共调查到地面生苔藓植物16科23属36种,其中藓类34种,苔类2种。优势科为丛藓科和青藓科;优势属为凤尾藓属、青藓属和真藓属;优势种为细叶小羽藓和扭口藓。2)物种丰富度受公园总面积、绿地面积及邻近100 m缓冲区水体面积的正向驱动,而物种丰度与不同距离(50~1 000 m)缓冲区绿地及200 m缓冲区水体面积呈显著正相关。3)冗余分析显示,与市中心的距离和公园面积是城市公园苔藓植物群落组成的主要驱动因子?!窘崧邸抗盎肪程卣鞫蕴褐参锏纳婧头⒄褂兄匾跋?。在未来城市苔藓植物的?;び胗τ檬导?可考虑“核心生境管理-外围缓冲区优化”协同策略,综合考量内部和外部环境特征的共同作用,加强城市苔藓植物多样性?;ず屠谩?/em>

英文摘要 【Objective】 To explore the regulating effects of park environmental characteristics on ground bryophyte diversity and reveal the spatial differentiation of bryophyte diversity driven by environmental factors inside and outside parks, with the aim to provide a basis for conservation and management of urban bryophyte diversity. 【Method】 This study investigates ground bryophytes across 16 parks in the core area of Hefei City, and analyzes their distribution patterns, species diversity, community composition and influencing factors in the urban environment. 【Result】 1) A total of 36 bryophyte species in 23 genera of 16 families are investigated, including 34 mosses and 2 liverworts. The dominant families include Pottiaceae and Brachytheciaceae, the dominant genera are Fissidens, Brachythecium, and Bryum, and the dominant species include Haplocladium microphyllum and Barbula unguiculata; 2) Species richness is positively driven by the total park area, green space area, and water body coverage within a 100-meter buffer zone, whereas species abundance exhibits significant correlations with the green space area of the buffer zone at different distances (50-1 000 meters) and the water area within a 200-meter buffer zone; and 3) Redundancy analysis (RDA) identifies that the distance from the city center and park area are the main drivers of bryophyte community composition in urban parks. 【Conclusion】 The park environmental characteristics have an important impact on the survival and development of bryophytes. For future urban bryophyte conservation and application, a synergistic strategy integrating core habitat management and peripheral buffer zone optimization is proposed, emphasizing the combined effects of internal and external environmental characteristics to enhance biodiversity conservation and utilization.
