中文摘要 甜龙竹(Dendrocalamus brandisii)作为笋材两用竹种,具有重要的经济价值,但其传统繁殖方法存在效率低、成本高等问题。为提高育苗效率与成活率,在云南省昌宁县开展试验,提出了一套甜龙竹主枝扦插容器育苗技术体系。通过优化苗圃地选择、枝条处理、基质配制及容器类型等关键环节,结合科学的水肥管理与病虫害防治措施,显著提升了扦插生根率和苗木质量。结果表明,选择1~2年生健壮主枝,采用无纺布育苗袋及腐殖土混合基质,并在3—7月份扦插,可有效促进生根与萌芽。在苗期管理中,分阶段调控温湿度、合理施肥及病虫害防控是保障苗木健康生长的关键。该技术实现了甜龙竹规?;?、集约化育苗,为竹产业发展提供了可靠的技术支撑,具有显著的推广价值和应用前景。

英文摘要 Dendrocalamus brandisii, as a dual-purpose shoot-timber-producing bamboo species, has significant economic value, but its traditional propagation methods suffer from low efficiency and high costs. To improve the efficiency of seedling cultivation and survival rate of seedlings, an experiment was conducted in Changning county, Yunnan province, and a container seedling cultivation technology system with branch cuttings of D. brandisii was proposed. The optimization of key technologies for nursery site selection, branch treatment, substrate preparation, and container types, combined with science-based water and fertilizer management and pest control measures, substantially improves the rooting rate and seedling quality of the cuttings. The results show that selecting 1-2-year-old robust branches, using non-woven seedling bags and humus soil mixed substrates and cutting from March to July can effectively promote rooting and germination. During the period of seedling management, staged regulation of temperature and humidity, rational fertilization, and prevention and control of pests and diseases are the key to ensuring the healthy growth of seedlings. This technology achieves large-scale and intensive seedling cultivation of D. brandisii, and provides reliable technical support for the development of the bamboo industry, which has significant promotion value and application prospects.
