中文摘要 近年来随着城市化的不断加剧及城市不透水面积的增加,中国许多城市正面临较为严重的洪涝灾害以及水资源短缺问题。随着《海绵城市建设技术指南》的发布,我国海绵城市建设被推上日程,如何合理利用雨水资源便显得尤为重要。英美澳3国雨水管理措施已基本完善并初见成效。文中介绍美英澳3国的雨水管理措施,分析雨水管理工程措施及非工程措施产生的原因及地域性差异,例举部分雨水管理措施的应用条件。

英文摘要 In recent years, it is obvious that many cities in China are faced with severe floods and water shortages, along with the growing urbanization and increased impervious area in cities. With the release of Technology Guidance of Sponge City Construction, the construction of sponge city has been put on the agenda in China, and how to make rational use of rainwater resources becomes more important. The UK, the USA and Australia have substantially improved their stormwater management measures and achieved initial successes. This article introduced the stormwater management measures in the 3 countries, analyzed the reasons for and regional differences between engineering and non-engineering measures for stormwater management and described the condition for the application of certain stormwater management measures.
