英文摘要 Taking eight tourist-oriented villages in the central part of Hainan Island as the research objects, the study analyzes the current application of bamboo landscapes and its potentials for development in the context of rural revitalization through field investigations. The results show that bamboo forests are an important component of village landscape, which can form different types of landscapes through combined with roads, water systems, buildings, other plants, agroforestry systems, public spaces, and cultural exhibition spaces. These bamboo landscapes not only function to protect the ecological environment and showcase ethnic culture, but also meet the tourism needs and increase the attractiveness of villages. Based on the research results, the paper proposes suggestions such as strengthening the protection of bamboo resources, creating differentiated landscape systems, and promoting innovative applications of bamboo culture, in order to provide references for the sustainable development of rural bamboo landscapes and the construction of beautiful countryside in Hainan Island.
