竹缠绕复合管作为我国原创发明技术,已列入国家“十四五”生物经济发展规划,也是国家加快“以竹代塑”发展三年行动计划的主要竹产品。为了让人们了解用竹子怎样做成压力管道,且竹子做成的管道是能够满足管道工程中应用的,文章从竹缠绕管道的强度设计、耐候耐久性设计、适用性设计、工程应用设计、标准制定5个方面阐述了竹缠绕管道质量体系形成的基础。

英文摘要
As an original technological invention from China, bamboo winding composite pipe has been included in the national “14th Five Year Plan” for developing the bioeconomy. Furthermore, it is recognized as a key bamboo product in the three-year action plan to promote “bamboo as a substitute for plastic” initiative. To help people understand the fabrication of pressure pipelines using bamboo, and to demonstrate that bamboo-made pipelines can meet the application requirements in pipeline engineering, this article elucidates the foundations for establishing a quality system for bamboo winding composite pipe. This is organized around five aspects: strength design, weather resistance and durability design, applicability design, engineering application design, and standard setting.
